You might also try the following to improve your video playback:Ĭlose any other browser tabs or windows you have open. The lower the number, the less bandwidth you will need to stream the video correctly. Click on the 'HD' to bring up the list of available "Video Quality" rates for the video you are watching. Once the controls are activated, notice the 'HD' symbol on the bottom right (immediately to the left of the Volume control). To select a lower "Video Quality" rate, activate the player controls by moving the mouse over the player. If you are experiencing poor playback, we recommend switching to a lower "Video Quality" rate until you find one appropriate for your available bandwidth.
If you experience choppy streaming quality, it most likely means your individual internet connection is not fast enough for the "Video Quality" rate you are attempting to watch. The default player rate is set to 480p/540p, but on newer videos we offer as high as 1080p. We offer 3 to 5 "Video Quality" rates depending on whether or not the content is available in HD. If you are not logged in, you will only see preview video clips, not full-length videos.
